What if I have not received a reply about paying Open Access fees for my paper?

A ticket will be created upon completion of an upload in Symplectic Elements. 

If the paper acknowledges funding and this has been indicated on the Symplectic Elements record when submitting, the ticket will come to our funding queue - we usually aim to respond to 'funding' tickets within 3 working days if, although it may take us longer to respond during busy periods.

If you have already uploaded your paper on Symplectic and have not received our Open Access decision yet, you can also contact us by sending an email to the Open Access Team ([e-mail]) and we will look at the status of your submission.
