If you would like another member of staff to access your account and manage it on your behalf, you can make them a ‘delegate’.
Delegates will sign in with their own account, but will be able to ‘impersonate’ you and do anything you can in your account, including uploading Open Access or Open Data submissions to the institutional repository. They will also receive copies of your email alerts.
It is possible to act as a delegate for another individual, or on behalf of the researchers in a group or department.
