If I’ve co-authored a paper with colleagues also affiliated to Cambridge, should we all submit the same article?

Only one of the Cambridge-affiliated authors needs to deposit the article to Apollo. You may wish to correspond with your co-authors to arrange who will make the deposit.

You can check your publication list within Symplectic Elements to see whether the manuscript has been uploaded by one of your co-authors or an administrator.
