The most straightforward way to know whether one of your co-authors has uploaded a paper or not is to search for it in Symplectic Elements.
You can search the system via the main menu>reporting>system search, as outlined below:
1. Navigate to the main menu:
2. Access the system search via the reporting tab:
3. Search for the paper using the search function.
If the search does not find your paper then it is likely that it has not been uploaded.
If the search does find your paper then you can find out whether it is in Apollo or not by checking the repository status in the record, as described below:
This paper has an Apollo data source, and the record contains a 'Repository' section, which indicates that the Apollo record is live. That means that this paper is in Apollo and does not need to be uploaded again.
A paper that is not Apollo will not have an Apollo data source and the record will not contain a 'Repository' section.
