Do I still have the copyright after I submit to you?

Uploading your work to the repository does not transfer copyright to the University or any other party. You simply give us the right to make the upload. However, you may have signed an agreement with your publisher which transfers copyright to them, and this will limit what you are able to do with your work without their permission.
